The Registration Process consists of 3 steps.  Failing to complete any step will result in removal of your entry.

Step 1:   Complete this Online Registration Form.  You will receive a soft copy of your registration form via email.

Step 2:   Upload your passport.

Step 3:   Bring a copy of your registration form and the Deposit to the Parish Office (** please ask for a deposit receipt from the front-desk staff)

Terms and Conditions:

-Minors must be accompanied by a Parent or Legal Guardian (No Exception).

-This trip is organized by St. Maria Goretti Parish, not TNTT Vinh Sơn Liêm.
