Đoàn TNTT Vinh Sơn Liêm xin chân thành cám ơn quý vị ghi danh cho con em mình trong niên khóa 2026-2027.

This form is to register your child for Đoàn TNTT Vinh Sơn Liêm for the 2026-2027 academic year. As part of this registration:

a)  Enter your child's information and the emergency contact information.

b)  Acknowledge the Participation Agreement Form (VEYM VAP) and Parent's Acknowledgement Form by entering your name as a signature. Please read the agreement thoroughly, as by submitting this registration you are agreeing to the terms on the agreement.

c)  Pay the registration fee. The fee is $60 per child. We encourage you to pay online by setting the payment amount to $60, but if you are unable to pay online, you may set the amount online to $0 and visit us in-person at Saint Maria Goretti Parish to pay or receive other assistance on these dates and times:

-Saturday 8/22/2026: 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM, 2:00 PM - 7 PM

-Sunday 8/23/2026: 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM, 2:00 PM - 7 PM

-Saturday 9/12/2026: 3:00 PM - 5 PM

-Sunday 9/13/2026: 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM, 2:00 PM - 7 PM

-If you have multiple children to register, please submit a different registration and payment for each child.
